Characteristics of thick fire retardant coatings

(1) Our company is not expected to block the gun, and it passes through the sieve during production. There is no slowdown in spraying.

(2) Material saving, high viscosity, spraying thickness of 25mm, material consumption of about 15kg/㎡, 20 kg/㎡ from other manufacturers;

(3) The adhesion is strong, the national standard is 0.15MP, and our actual measurement can reach 0.4MP, so the phenomenon of powder shedding and two-layer peeling will not occur.

(4) Save glue, use 100kg/T when priming, and add less glue or no glue for the second and third times. Our finished product contains 20% more rubber powder than other manufacturers.

(5) In addition to fire-retardant coatings for steel structures, tunnel fire-retardant coatings (waterproof, mildew-proof and noise-reducing), cable fire-retardant coatings (more flexible than ordinary fire-retardant coatings), and special fire-retardant coatings (used in chemical plants and refineries).
